Rising 2.3m tall, The Big N isn’t just a display. It’s a landmark.
Beginning life as a bold, transportable centrepiece for Nuveen Real Estate’s London gallery, this LED sculpture was designed to captivate, interact and leave a lasting impression.

But as the world grappled with the disruption of Covid-19 in 2021, international travel and working restrictions threatened to halt the project entirely. 

Instead, the challenge became an opportunity. We were tasked with reimagining and delivering an even more advanced, high-spec version of The Big N – this time for New York City.

Perfectly timed to align with Nuveen unveiling their beautifully modernised global headquarters at 730 Third Avenue, the installation was designed with one goal: create an undeniable wow factor.

Positioned at the heart of the third-floor gallery and conference space, The Big N doesn’t just sit in the room - it commands it. Angled towards a constant flow of clients, brokers, partners and staff, it’s engineered to interrupt the everyday. To make people pause. To draw them in.

And once it has their attention, it delivers. Through dynamic video content and interactive features, the sculpture transforms curiosity into engagement - turning a striking visual moment into a meaningful brand experience.
