When TH Real Estate evolved and rebranded into Nuveen Real Estate, the ambition was clear: create a visual experience that would captivate, inspire, and truly reflect the power of the new brand.
From a full office rebrand within their gallery space in Bishopsgate, London to a dynamic suite of event-ready assets, this was about more than a new look - it was about redefining presence.
We delivered a flexible, future-ready collection of portable design elements, built to adapt effortlessly across trade shows, conferences and global markets. Consistency and class without compromise.
At the heart of it all stood a true showstopper, a 2.3m digital branded sculpture known as The Big N. Striking, immersive and impossible to ignore, it became an instant focal point. One of the largest and most sophisticated installations of its kind, it gave Nuveen a powerful platform to capture attention and communicate with confidence and clarity.
But the impact didn’t stop there. A fully reimagined LED programmable map brought data and storytelling together in motion, while an asset-class themed roulette wheel introduced an unexpected, interactive twist to blend playfulness with precision.
A bold, cohesive brand world that feels as engaging as it is refined - empowering Nuveen to attract, connect and leave a lasting impression wherever they go.
